Glowcode is my absolute favorite.
Memory checking and profiling together, in a much cheaper, lighter, and (in
my experience) far more reliable package than Purify/Quantify.
The price has gone up a little ($499 vs $299 when I first got it), but it's
excellent, and it's been around for quite a while (not nearly as long as
BoundsChecker, but since at least 2002 or so), so it's pretty stable.
