Right, thanks. Great, DST and stuff, innit?

I'll tell this to the documentation people (ahem, person - it's still a small outfit here) to add this to known issues (e.g. I am already screwed by DST rule changes).

Or perhaps there's a way to find "more local DST regime" out? The way I see it, system's time zones info could know these things.
