[windev] VS6 ini file?

It's in the registry. Newer versions store their settings in 

HKCU\Miscrosoft\VisualStudio\<version> (e.g 7.1,8.0,9.0).

I'm pretty sure the name of the key was somewhat different in VS6. It
contains either 'devstudio' or 'developer'. You'll have to dig a little bit
but it shouldn't be very difficult to find.
