[windev] Print/Preview in VS 6.0 C/C++

Hi All,
 
I would like to write a program that has a Print/Preview feature, but not
sure which Windows API, or third party API I can use. I would like to be
able to have the print preview window open, at all times, so the user can
see the changes they are making as they make their selections.
 
Also I would like to generate a square box filled with the color black, and
be able to see it in the preview window, or print.
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
