[windev] SendHittpRequest returns 0

Hi,
I am having a problem with SendHittpRequest it returns 0. I am trying conne=
ct through the proxy. I am using the InternetOpen,InternetConnect, and the =
InternetSetOption for setting the proxy user name and password and after th=
at i am using HttpOpenRequest and then i am calling HttpSendRequest
This returns zero.Any ideas on this
